Oxwich Bay at low-tide

Discover ancient coastal quarry sites and more recent landslips on this 5 mile walk along Oxwich beach to Three Cliffs Bay. After a picnic lunch, uncover an old castle, a buried church and a megalithic tomb at Penmaen Burrows, returning to Oxwich on the coast path. Post-walk refreshments at Oxwich Bay Hotel. Llanmadoc and Cheriton Saltmarsh

A 7 mile walk suitable for all ages and levels of fitness. After visiting Llanmadoc church, we head out to Whiteford Point and the salt marshes, returning via Cheriton and The Bulwark – an iron-age fort on Llanmadoc Hill. Rhossili to Hillend – Coastal Path

A 6 mile walk suitable for walkers of all ages and of reasonable fitness. Follow the Coastal Path over Rhossili Down to Hillend, visiting wartime archaeology en route. Returning via the beach for the Helvetia wreck and the Lucas Rectory. Post-walk refreshments in the Worms Head Hotel. This walk will last approximately 4 hours.
