The Bristol Channel Pilot Cutters Owners Association would like to welcome visitors to ‘Meet the historic Bristol Channel Pilot Cutters’ on Swansea Museum’s pontoon in the Marina. Visitors will have the chance to talk to the owners and crew, compare the  different specifications of the vessels and the different interior layouts of Mascotte, Alpha, Olga and possibly Dolphin and Peggy. Coffee and tea will be available. There will be an opportunity for visitors to sail on the Pilot Cutters  in Swansea Bay from at 3.30pm -7.30pm  (subject to weather conditions ). The Bowmen of Gower will be running hourly sessions from 10am until 3pm at which you will be shown how to shoot a modern bow. All equipment will be provided. Archery is a great sport for all ages and sporting ability. The sessions are open to adults and children aged 10 or over.  There will be a charge of £5 which includes tea or coffee. It is essential to book a session in advance of the day. Sessions will start on the hour and last 50 minutes.
